Once you've booked an appointment, you will get an email asking you to create a new account so you can access your patient portal. Intake forms will be sent directly to you via the secure patient portal to fill out before your initial consultation. When you meet with Christy, she will listen attentively to your concerns so she can craft a custom treatment plan for you. To provide the best care, she may request lab work to be performed before any medications are prescribed. Then, you can choose which pharmacy to pick up your prescription from. During your follow-up appointments, Christy will work with you to ensure your medications are delivering the desired results.
